Learn & Grow Daycare Center is a nurturing, faith-based early childhood program dedicated to helping children feel safe, loved, and confident as they begin their learning journey. We proudly serve families in Upper Darby and Chester, Pennsylvania, offering high quality childcare for infants, toddlers, and young children in a warm, home-like environment.

Our Story
Learn & Grow Daycare Center was founded in 2020 by Queen Madu, a nurse, early childhood educator, and mother of three, who holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Through her professional background in healthcare and education and her personal experience as a parent, Queen recognized the need for a childcare center that combines safety, academic excellence, and genuine care.
Her vision was to create a place where children are not only supervised but truly supported, nurtured, and inspired to learn. Learn & Grow was built on that vision and continues to grow with families at the heart of everything we do.
Our Educational Vision
At Learn & Grow Daycare Center, we support children at every stage of early development.
Through our play-based curriculum and engaging activities, we aim to build a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and social skills, preparing children for a successful educational journey.

Our Director
Our dedicated team of early childhood professionals is led by our Director, Ms. Ejona Baruti, whose leadership, experience, and passion set the standard for excellence at Learn & Grow Daycare Center. Ms. Ejona is a passionate educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and more than 10 years of experience working with young children.
We are also proud to have devoted Lead Teachers, including Ms. Sumaira Shezaad, Ms. Lakeya Milbourne, and Ms. Miceala Kincy. Each brings a strong commitment to early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing and guiding young learners. Our lead teachers play a vital role in creating engaging, supportive classrooms where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Through patience, creativity, and hands-on teaching, they build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.Together, our team works collaboratively to ensure every child receives high-quality care, individualized attention, and meaningful learning experiences each day.
